Operations Supervisor - Tube Mill

Daily Shift wise manpower arrangement
Must know Tube Mill operations and expertise in Tooling
Must have a good understanding of tube and pipe manufacturing
Can handle any activity that occurs during the shift

Required Candidate profile

10 to 15 yrs in ERW tube Mill Experience
Troubleshoots any machine issues and works closely with maintenance personnel to resolve issues
Ensures quality and customer specs are met

Operations Supervisor - Pickling & Galvanizing

Support the reporting manager in breaking down work orders into shift-wise plans for respective sections
Report any equipment breakdowns to the maintenance department
Full responsibility for handling shift duty, shift report, Zinc consumption

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 4-6 yrs in ETP, Galvanizing & Pipe Plant
Computer Skills are necessary like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Handle the Galvanizing & ETP Plant with operator & Helpers

Operations Supervisor - Galvanizing

Support the reporting manager in breaking down work orders into shift-wise plans for respective sections
Report any equipment breakdowns to the maintenance department & report to management
Should be committed to HSE rules

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry.
Experience in the Galvanizing plant operations and exposure to SAP and Kaizen.
Knowledge in chemical testing & Electroplating
