Position: Guidewire Developer (CC)

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience in of the Guidewire products in Integration (Claim Center/ Policy Center/ Billing Center)
• Well versed in one of streams - Configuration / Integration / Conversion
• Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model)
• Good knowledge in Webservices, XML and ant script
• Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server and well versed in SQL, GOSU, Guidewire
• Event and Rules Framework and Guidewire Web Services
• Good Knowledge on XML & JSON formats and ANT, MAVEN, Gradle scripts.
• Worked as a developer on Suite upgrade project for major Australian Client
• Merged all the category files from V7 to V10 which are : Other Non-XML, Other XML, System Data Config XML Schema ,Workflow ,Web Service Collection ,Type list Properties , Plugins ,Entity ,Gosu Template , PCF ,Gosu , Gosu Enhancements, Gosu Rules, Display names.
• Worked on Server startup issues on Gosu files, system tables, plugins.
• Took ownership and completed the retro merge activity in Policy Center which involves Gosu changes , product model changes and pcf changes.
• Took ownership of high and medium defects and make sure they fixed on time.
• Co-ordinated with BAs to understand the current business on v07 customization and implemented across the same in v10.
• Involved in code review task in accordance with coding standards and business logics of each deliverable.
• Involved in PCF screen design, Server Startup Issues, bug fixing and enhancement
