URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SAUDI ARABIA FOR PIPE MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

CLIENT INTERVIEW IS ONGOING FOR BELOW POSITIONS:

POSITION:

1. NDT SUPERVISOR - LEVEL 2

Salary -5500 SAR 6000 SAR / Free Accommodation & transportation / Food Allowance- 477-900 SAR

Vacation: After Year

EDUCATION:: DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING With NDT LEVEL 2 (Non-Destructive Testing) with emphasis on these techniques: ultrasonic testing, magnetic particles and/or radiographic testing.

Preferred having Experience in welded Pipe manufacturing companies like: Welspun, Jindal, Ratnamani, OR Man.

2. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - MAINTENANCE

(Salary 3500-4500 SAR + 900 SAR FOOD Allowance + FREE ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION)

*- Diploma in Electro-Technical services and a basic high school college qualification. He should have a proven knowledge in the operation and Electrical maintenance of the Equipment,

*-Minimum 3 Years Experience in any Manufacturing Field. A good command of English and the ability to find fault and rectify systems are essentials.

*-Ability to read and understand Electrical schematic drawings.*-Familiar in Electrical components and symbols.

*-Maintain, Repair, Install and Test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and Electrical motors & Pumps.

*-Troubleshoot and repair industrial Electrical and Electronic control systems and other related devices.

*-Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records by system

*-Automation, Instrumentation, Inverter and PLC troubleshooting experience would be an added advantage.

3. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - MAINTENANCE

(Salary 3500-4500 SAR + 900 SAR FOOD Allowance + FREE ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION)

*- Diploma in Mechanical / Hydraulic-Technical.He should have a proven knowledge in the operation and Mechanical maintenance of the Equipment, Minimum 3 Years Experience in any Manufacturing Field.

*-- Ability to read and understand Mechanical/Hydraulic schematic drawings.

*-- Familiar in Mechanical components and symbols.

*-- Maintain Repair, Install and Test Pumps, Cylinders, Valves and other mechanical components.

*-- Troubleshoot and repair industrial Mechanical and Hydraulic control systems and other related devices

*--Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records by system.

*-- Performing Machine Alignment and proper installation of bearings, gears, belts and good knowledge of mechanical fasteners.

*-- Knowledge of Over-head Crane and Heavy Equipment maintenance will be an advantage.

*-- Knowledge of CNC Machine Maintenance will be an advantage.

4. CNC OPERATOR / LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

(Salary 3500-4500 SAR + 900 SAR FOOD Allowance + FREE ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION)

Qualification: Degree OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: All must have experience in Quality Laboratory of at least 3 years in Pipe manufacturing company.

They should have experience on Machining, cutting process using band saw, milling, lathe, etc. Proficient in English.

5. Metallurgist Engineer

Salary - 200,000 SAR per year, total package.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 

Candidate should have a Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Science or a related field.

• Must have Experience in hot induction bending pipe manufacturers companies in India.
• He should possess knowledge of metallurgical and laboratory testing methods and have knowledge of heat-treatment processes.
• Very well organized and day-to-day follow up of order progress and eventual problems arised.
• Good problem-solving skills, communication and team working skills
• Experience and knowledge of hot induction bending would be preferable
