System Administrator



Overview


We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will

have extensive experience in managing Windows Server environments, VMware

infrastructure, Bare-metal servers & data storage systems.


This role demands practical expertise in managing Active Directory, DNS, data storage

systems, and virtualized environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for

ensuring the stability and eicient operation of our IT infrastructure, while also optimizing

performance, managing system resources, and implementing best practices to support

business continuity and scalability. Additionally, this role requires proactive problemsolving,

regular system maintenance, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies to

meet organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities


1. Windows Server 2016 Administration

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016 infrastructure.
  • Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  • Manage Internal DNS servers.
  • Oversee File and Storage Services:

Manage file servers to ensure data availability and security.

Utilize File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) to implement quotas, file

screens, and storage reports.

Handle Print and Document Services to manage print queues and

servers.


2. VMware Infrastructure Management

  • Administer and maintain VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter for virtual machine

lifecycle management.

  • Perform regular maintenance, patching, and updates on VMware

infrastructure.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of virtual machines and hosts.

3. On-Premises Server and Storage Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of on-premises

servers, ensuring they run eiciently and securely.

  • Monitor server health, performance, and capacity, addressing hardware

issues proactively.

  • Manage data storage systems, ensuring data integrity, availability, and

security across the organization.

  • Implement best practices for server and storage management, focusing

business continuity planning and overall system resilience.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration with a focus on

Windows Server and VMware environments.

Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, and file storage services.

Strong understanding of virtualized environments and VMware best practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Relevant certifications are highly preferred.

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

VMware Certified Professional (VCP) - Data Center Virtualization


Desired Skills


Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure.

Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.

IT Support Engineer L1 (Tier 1)





Overview


We are seeking a skilled Office 365 and IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing the entire Office 365+ suite, providing

comprehensive support across various tools and products, maintaining Windows 11

computers, troubleshooting client network issues, overseeing print and copy management,

and supporting biometric attendance systems. This role requires deep expertise in Office

365+ and the ability to provide end-to-end support for all its features and functionalities.


Key Responsibilities


Comprehensive Office 365+ Suite Management

  • Administer and manage the full range of Office 365+ tools and products,

including email, collaboration tools and productivity applications.

  • Ensure proper configuration, security, and optimization of Office 365+

services.

  • Assist users with setup, troubleshooting, and best practices for all Office

365+ tools.

  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups within the Office 365 Admin

Center, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control.

2. Windows Computers Support

  • Provide technical support for Windows 11 computers, including setup,

configuration, and maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for

users.

  • Perform regular updates and patches to ensure systems are secure and upto-

date.

3. Client Network Support

  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues experienced by end-users,

including connectivity problems and slow performance.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to report and escalate complex network issues

affecting client systems.

  • Provide hands-on support and guidance for network-related issues on

Windows 11 devices and educate users on best practices for network

connectivity and security.

4. Print and Copy Management

  • Oversee print and copy management solutions, including the setup,

configuration, and maintenance of printers and copiers.

  • Provide support for printing, copying, and scanning issues, ensuring all

devices operate efficiently.

  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.

5. Biometric Attendance System Management

  • Administer and support the biometric attendance system, ensuring accurate

and timely attendance tracking.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to biometric devices or

software.

  • Manage user enrollment and updates in the biometric system.


Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Office 365+ and

Windows environments.

  • Strong expertise in the administration and support of the entire Office 365+ suite.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 computers, including troubleshooting and

maintenance.

  • Experience with diagnosing and resolving client network issues, including

connectivity and performance problems.

  • Familiarity with print and copy management, including printers and copiers.
  • Experience with biometric attendance systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with users at all levels.
