We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our diverse workforce across these sectors.


Job Description


We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and manage HR functions for our team of 15-25 members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in onboarding and offboarding processes, policy development, and staff training, with experience in the UAE market being a significant advantage.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including orientation, training, and integration of new hires.
    • Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and handling exit interviews.


2. HR Policies and Procedures:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and comply with UAE labor laws.
    • Ensure that all policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated to employees.


3. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant departments to design and deliver training programs.
    • Develop and implement team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and collaboration.


4. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries, providing guidance on HR-related issues.
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.


5. Compliance and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.


6. Team Management:

    • Support and mentor HR team members to achieve departmental goals.
    • Monitor HR metrics and report on key performance indicators related to employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.
