Project Manager, Wildlife Control Officer and Pest Control Supervisor for Saudi Arabia

Project Manager


  • Must have wild Life Experience and airport Experience English language proficiency
  • Prepare duty roster for the deployment of technicians and supervisors.
  • Ensure the supervisor conducts daily briefing on safe use of devices and safety practices to be followed in the air side.
  • Patrolling and monitoring and taking scaring action during the bird warning periods.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintain record.
  • Monitoring the call and meeting the requirement within the response time.
  • Ensure the procedures are followed as per the SOP.
  • Prepare carcass removal returns.
  • Ensure all the bird movements are logged by the supervisor and prepare daily service report.
  • Identify the areas for revised deployment.
  • Check the previous days consumption and issue the consumables accordingly to the
  • Supervisor from the safe custody.
  • Ensure the supervisor issues the consumables as per the register.
  • Ensure the unused consumables are received, counted and entered in the
  • consumption register.
  • Check the stock register and conduct audit of stocks.
  • Commitment and cooperation with team members and other connected Departments.
  • Involvement in team activities.
  • Coordination with other department for the timely maintenance activities.
  • Conducting daily inspections, daily briefing to technicians and updating of records.
  • Maintain register for the trainings conducted.
  • Conducting of periodical awareness training among technicians and supervisors.
  • Improve driving skills/Situational Awareness during emergencies.
  • Maintaining discipline among the labors.
  • Knowledge about the equipment and ensure proper preventive

maintenance practices.

  • Ensure the equipment are sent for preventive maintenance as per schedule and closing of order.
  • Conduct daily inspection and check the performance and effect of bird scaring equipment.
  • Suggest revision of deployment of devices according to bird movement.
  • Monitor the custody and safe upkeep practices of LPG.
  • Ensure proper system is followed as per SOP for issue and consumption of
  • pesticides/consumables & its custody
  • Ensure all the consumption details are logged on daily basis and all the unused items are returned by the technicians.
  • Identify the areas for Modification.
  • Identify the areas of attractions of the birds and apply necessary treatment measures. Initiate the requirement of maintenance to the concerned department for medication treatment.
  • Identify sudden increases in bird presence and deploy additional personnel to combat.
  • Study the bird movement pattern and revise the deployment plan.


Wildlife Control Officer


  • Must have wild Life Experience and airport Experience English language proficiency.
  • Conduct Perimeter inspections during tour of duties.
  • Airline Maintenance buildings & Hangars
  • Conduct inspections at Fire stations, Glide path and warehouse units to keep away the wildlife activity.
  • Check the area for maintenance during NOTAM for rodent treatment & termite infested areas.
  • Pesticide/Insecticide spray application around runway shoulders.
  • Conduct inspection near LGP warehouse & ground stock update.
  • Inspection of airside area and periodical scanning of RWY and TWY shoulders through
  • Binoculars for FOD check and grass growth.
  • Prepare and send daily, weekly wildlife reports to project manager.
  • Monthly consumables report.
  • Monthly Off aerodrome survey reports to Project manager.
  • Monthly Mammals spotted/movement & bird statistics report.
  • Monthly Training/Awareness session conducted report.
  • Airside night survey report conducted during Full moon phase.
  • Fruit bat roosting sites survey report as and when conducted.
  • BMA/BBA & High mast poles nesting/roosting sites survey report as & when conducted.


Pest Control Supervisor 




  • The Service Provider shall fully co-operate with, and take instruction from SAFARI & JEDCO
  • Representative, or his/ her delegates, as necessary.
  • The Service shall be always provided in a safe and efficient manner and shall not cause any interruption to ground staff, stakeholders, and other airport operations.
  • The Service Provider shall provide Services to keep the Service Areas in a clean, safe, hygienic and operationally acceptable condition. Furthermore, all work areas shall be kept clear of object, surface dirt and waste including cobwebs.
  • All equipment (as applicable) used by the Service Provider shall comply with access, safety, and security requirements at the Airport. All such clearances local/otherwise must be taken by the service providers without any delay.
  • The Safety of manpower (internal & third party), all machines, tool & tackles and the site property shall be ensured by the Service Provider while performing the Services.
  • The Service Provider shall be liable for any damages to the Airport property arising out of any accident and incident resulting thereto.
  • The Service Provider shall use self-procured - appropriate signages & barricades while carrying out the services.
  • Service provider to adopt new innovative technology products equipment machine as introduced in the market from time to time mutually agreed between safari and Service Provider representative.

    DUTY -9 HRS
