Welder / Welding Operator



Role & responsibilities

  • Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification
  • Read and interpret drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.
  • MIG and TIG weld steel, and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the drawings and approved WPS and PQR.


Preferred candidate profile


1. Extensive Experience in GMAW/GTAW/SAW/SMAW Welding Processes

2. Extensive knowledge of Welding Set up / Parameters as per WPS/PQR

3. Ability to read Engineering Part Drawings

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. High School / ITI - Welder or equivalent required

6. Minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience as a Welder / Welding Operator

7. Gulf Experience will be given first Priority




Welding Inspector




Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
  • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on welds using various methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and radiographic testing
  • Interpret and evaluate NDT results to determine the quality of welds
  • Review welding procedures and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to welding personnel to ensure that welding activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and specifications
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all welding activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that welding activities are integrated into the overall project plan


Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Welding Inspector from a recognized organization such as the American Welding Society (AWS)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding inspection
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret welding procedures and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in welds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Project Engineer



Role & responsibilities

  • To review and understand the Project documentation and prepare the VDRL in line with the specifications of clients and various International Standard for valves manufacturing.
  • On time submission of Project Documentation as per VDRL
  • Coordinating Project based Inspections notification to customers
  • Ontime updating of Project status and reports to client
  • On time submission of the customer requirements i.e. Clarifications, Job Order status/details etc.
  • Co-ordinating with internal team such as Purchase, Production for the material manufacturing status.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2. Minimum 3 to 4 years’ Experience in the Engineering field; Experience in the valve manufacturing industries is an added advantage

3. Must have good knowledge on Microsoft Project/Primavera and Basic Knowledge on AutoCad




Quality Line Inspector




Role & responsibilities

  • Conducts visual and dimensional tests to ensure quality of finished products
  • Determines and uses appropriate inspection processes to confirm assigned products and parts meet specification / drawing requirements
  • Confirms and approves quality of finished machined/overlaid components
  • Records the Machining inspection results in dimension reports
  • Prepares paperwork and reports documenting the inspection findings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Preferred candidate profile

  1. Extensive knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques and equipment
  2. Extensive knowledge of machining and machining process
  3. Ability to read Engineering Part Drawings
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft word / excel / power point to prepare reports
  6. High School diploma or equivalent required
  7. Minimum 2 Years of experience as a quality control inspector preferred
  8. Gulf Experience will be given first Priority



Grinding Operator



Role & responsibilities

  • Perform Grinding Operation using Straight / Angle Grinder
  • Cutting Operation by using Cutting Wheel Grinder
  • Grind, polish, sand and sharpen welded parts to ensure conformance to established customer needs
  • Perform work in a manner that all products conform to prescribed quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Extensive Experience in Operating Electric/ Pneumatic Grinders
  • Practical Experience of Grinding on Fabricated Jobs / Casting / Forging etc., Casting Grinding experience in foundry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High School or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Grinder / Welding Operator
  • Gulf Experience will be given first Priority
