Technology Skills Required

• Microsoft Windows, AD, DNS, SCCM
• VMWare vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, NSX
• Infoblox DNS
• Relevant certifications: from major technology vendors, including Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL
• Manage and administer Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other essential Windows services.
• Administer and maintain VMWare virtualization infrastructure including vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX and NSX.
• Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines to meet business requirements.
• Design, implement, and manage software deployment strategies using SCCM and Intune.
• Administer patch management processes to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Monitor server performance and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and efficiency
  
  
• Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting and automation
• Experiences with Endpoint protection products such as TrendMicro, MS Defender, Email Secure Gateway
• Experience in Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Work closely with other IT teams, including networking, security, and service desk teams to ensure seamless IT Operations across the organizations.
• Maintain Documents of Operational, Configuration, or other Technical Procedures
• Willing to work in non-standard working hours as when required
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
• Handle escalation of support issues where required as per defined procedures
• Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
