Glow Hair Boutique Ltd is a sister company of The Shady Rest Hotel, having the same Board of Directors and Shareholders. We engage in providing Hair Salon and Spa Services and promotion of local designer clothing for retailing and wholesale.
The company has since lately grown rapidly and now we have 5 outlets around the city
We are looking for an accountant who could do the following:
- Reconcile daily sales reports and banking
- Prepare daily sales report for the management
- Do weekly bank reconciliation
- Organize supplier payments
- Receive and issue stocks from central warehouse
- Update the stock transfers to the outlets in the system
- Organize and monitor monthly physical counts of all outlets and update the system to generate variance reports
- Carry out surprise stock checks at the outlets (cycle counts)
- Provide necessary information to the Financial Accountant for monthly financial statements and tax filings.
- Handle any other issues that may arise time to time
We are looking for a young an energetic person (male or female) to occupy this position
