Senior Sales Manager for Bangkok, Thailand

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts in the Bangkok region for our rotating equipment products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.), along with experience in managing service contracts, maintenance, and customer relationships within industrial sectors. You will play a key role in developing the business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sectors (oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, etc.).
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, procurement, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage and expand the existing client base through regular client meetings, product presentations, and service discussions.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients.
  • Sales & Service Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales servicing of rotating equipment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and quick resolution of service-related issues.
  • Support clients with technical advice and coordinate service solutions when required.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights for management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of market changes.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in rotating equipment or related industrial machinery sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.) and their maintenance.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in industrial or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Ability to manage large accounts and coordinate complex service contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and reporting tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
