Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts in the Bangkok region for our rotating equipment products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.), along with experience in managing service contracts, maintenance, and customer relationships within industrial sectors. You will play a key role in developing the business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sectors (oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, etc.).
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Manage and expand the existing client base through regular client meetings, product presentations, and service discussions.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients.
- Sales & Service Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales servicing of rotating equipment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and quick resolution of service-related issues.
- Support clients with technical advice and coordinate service solutions when required.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights for management.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of market changes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in rotating equipment or related industrial machinery sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.) and their maintenance.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in industrial or heavy equipment sectors.
- Ability to manage large accounts and coordinate complex service contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and reporting tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and English.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
