Position: Accounts/Finance In charge
Qualification: B. Com/M.com/ CA Inter/MBA Finance
Experience: 6 to 10Years
CTC: 1000 USD TO 1350 USD PM
Position Objective & Responsibilities
- Day to day accounting entries in Tally/ Quick books or any ERP which include purchase, sales, receipts and payments entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement
- Periodic Physical verification of inventory and reconciliation with books.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the companys petty cash operations through proper verification and payments of bills, and receipts.
- Generating customer invoices on timely basis and follow up with customer for the pending payments,
- Ensure direct /indirect tax and labour law compliance and periodic filings.
- Prepare the MIS reports on monthly and yearly basis
- Prepare monthly and yearly budgets.
- Verification of various accounting/inventory voucher
- Assist in finalization of books of account and prepare financial statement
- Periodic reconciliation customer, vendor and related balances to ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts
- Assist in preparation of various reports and reconciliation for statutory audit purpose
