We are seeking 2 candidates, talented and experienced EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF and RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative dishes that enhance our menu offerings

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance to meet business needs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory management, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels & restaurants).
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to analyze financial reports to optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.
