Designation: Export Sales Manager
Profile:
a)Export customer inquiries, correspondence and price quotation.
b)Continuously strengthen the trading relationships with customers through enhancing value and customer satisfaction.
c)Control, monitor and follow-up shipment performance & liaise with internal departments to ensure customer orders are being handled promptly and delivered on-time.
d)Servicing & maintaining good relation with existing accounts.
e)Responsible for payment collection.
f)Handling of customers complaints as well as to co-ordinate with respective departments to ensure fulfillment of customers' satisfaction.
Qualification: Graduate
