Job Responsibilities :

To proactively drive all the HR initiatives, practices & processes at the project sites and

To ensure Timely & accurate: Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Payroll administration, Monthly MIS reports, Time keeping, Org Charts, Mobilization/ Demobilization

To ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws

To actively promote employee engagement practices

Extensive experience in Human Resources in the GCC region

- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures

- Good understanding of local laws

Establish and Control procurement management process
Preparation of revenue and cost plan for the project.

Maintain healthy cash flow for the project.

Establish and Implement budgetary control system.

Ensuring the project completion within the stipulated time and cost for the budget.

Ensure compliance of statutory obligations of the country in which projects are implemented.

Ensuring the annual assessment is carried out as per agreed timelines.

Ensure inventory and material management of project. He should endeavor to minimize the wastage.

Comparative analysis of all monthly operating expenses and suggesting corrective measures to the commercial managers.
