Responsibilities: Spearheading growth in Food and certain non-food segments having high volumes which are currently being imported and distributed by the organization. Exports of Agric produce. Will be heading a large team of senior to junior level expatriate managers in marketing/logistics and finance. Should be able to lead, manage and achieve Region/Country targets through aggressive Marketing and Sales Plans. Strategic diversification and growth will be continuous.
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
Minimum 5 years of Team management experience within FMCG industry preferably in a MNC or large national organisation.
Able to cultivate successful business relationship with high value clients / major key accounts / local authorities relating to in imports and distribution.
Good command of English and preferably working knowledge of French/Portuguese
Able to work under a Target driven atmosphere and develop a strong local and expatriate team
Continuous improvement in Sales Target and Margin management.
The Preferred candidates are expected to be
not above 45 years of age,
University graduates in Business, or Marketing full time. MBA is preferred from an Institute of repute,
possessing excellent interpersonal skills with high self drive and great enthusiasm in meeting challenges,
able to demonstrate high level of confidentiality, honesty, and professional ethics,
Compensation will not be a limiting factor to the right candidate.
