Job Requirements:-
Development of the district cooling strategies for the firm and play a key role in its implementation.
Make sure the strategies for various District Cooling operations are in line with overall strategy of the firm and supports other facility management functions.
Contribute to the preparation of feasibility plans for various district cooling projects identified.
Prepare and allocate costs and budget to the district cooling projects and recommend on the viability of various options.
Liaise with and oversee the design consultants, project managers and operating service providers to ensure compliance of designs and effective implementation of agreed upon plans.
Actively participate in the installation of district cooling machinery and plant ensuring standards and requirement are met.
Establish the operation and maintenance plans for the district cooling system in order to provide the highest level and continuity of services.
Ensure the maintenance of district cooling plants and networks to the required standards and user are provided with support to resolve problems and operation applications effectively.
Create the district cooling model and ensure optimal revenue generation to the projects.
Develop the revenue collection methods for the district cooling systems and oversee the operational aspect of billing and collection.
Continuously identify new business opportunities in order to further enhance revenue generation.
Monitor the financial performance of the district cooling plants and networks against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the district cooling business to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of district cooling activities so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Pneumatic Waste Collection Manager
