Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position within the metallurgical industry,minimum 10 years experience within the ferro alloys industry.
* Graduate-Metallurgical Engineer having Silicon Manganese, Ferro Manganese & Silicon Metal Production experience.
Relationships:
Reports to : General Manager
Subordinates : Production Superintendent, Raw Material & Finished Product Superintendent, Raw Material Supervisor, Refractory / Electrode Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
* Annual Production budget, including raw materials and power consumption.
* Safety within Production Department.
* Meeting production and quality targets.
* Personnel responsibilities for subordinates.
* Recruitment within department.
* Decide and approve raw materilas.
* Deciding purchasing within a budget.
* Maintaining good working relations with all departments.
* Together with sales department planning for the yearly budget of production
