ONSITE OPPORTUNITY IN QATAR FOR SAP HCM CONSULTANTS ON CONTRACT BASIS
We are looking for the candidate with strong proven SAP ERP HCM/ HR functional implementation experience.

Client Company - Client is an international company that offers TOP supply chain consulting.
Mode of Employment - Contract
Contract Duration - long term (1 year and might be extended depending on project requirement)
Payroll Company - THINKPEOPLE Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Work Location - Qatar
Compensation - As per market standards. Salary will be provided by THINK PEOPLE and Accommodation +Travel + Lunch will be provided by Client Company.
Role - SAP HCM Consultant
Experience Required - Minimum 5 years in SAP HCM
Qualification: Any Graduates.
Key responsibilities/requirements include:
• Experience in the implementation, testing, rollout and training for new and enhanced SAP HCM functionality.
• Experience in work with the user to gather business requirements, determines the best way to deliver those requirements within SAP, configures and tests the system.
• Detailed and proven SAP HCM experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll (International / Middle East), Time Management (Positive and Negative), Training and Events Management, Travel Management, HCM Reports/Forms, Benefit Management, Immigration Management, Visa Management
• Should have good Implementation experience with SAP Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
• Should be expertise in Payroll (International / Middle East) experience. Qatar Payroll is desirable and Plus advantage
• Experience on Time Management (Positive and Negative) Including Time evaluation & its integration with SAP Payroll. Should have the knowledge of new functionality specific to Qatar.
• Should have hard core experience exclusively in Payroll(International/Middle East), Time Management (Positive and Negative) in multiple projects with extensive work in Schemas / Rules (PCR)
• Good experience in reading payroll/Time results from cluster tables
