Senior Accountant
Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.
Candidate will be responsible to delegate tasks, lead the accounts department & produce daily/weekly/monthly managerial reports.
Will be responsible to finalize the accounts and carry out internal audits.
Responsible to Manage Accounts including Vendor Payments, AP, AR, General Ledger, FA Capitalization etc.
Payroll Audit and payroll tax calculation & Advice.
Responsible to control finances, deal with banks and acquire various financial facilities.
Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance department.
Candidate with experience in the building and hardware store industry will be preferred.
Must be completely proficient in Tally.
Should have good communication skills.
Must be ready to relocate at Tanzania.
Factory Manager
Experience: 10 to 16 yrs.
Candidate will be responsible to manage a manufacturing unit producing wire products (nails, fences, wires and allied products) etc.
Responsible to delegate and control the manpower at work.
Responsible to purchase large volumes of raw material, machinery, vehicles and other large purchases - required at the factory.
Responsible to develop & maintain good relationship with the customers, manage debtors and create a brand name.
Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing unit, preferably in the wire industry.
Should have handled the Production, Maintenance and Admin part as Manager of a large factory or med. sized manufacturing company.
Should have good accounting & engineering knowledge.
Must be ready to relocate at Tanzania.
