The selected incumbent would be responsible for leading an installation and service team of supervisors and technicians in achieving the service objectives set by the management and would report to the Business Head of the Water Purification Systems division. He would be responsible for developing and implementing an effective plan that would encompass all facets of the service function which would include installation, commisioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance that would lead to increased customer satisfaction and enhancing business volumes and revenue collection. Ensuring a time bound response to breakdown calls, on schedule installation of the water systems, strive for continous all round improvement, adhere to stipulated contractul obligations, increasing revenue from existing customers by upselling and cross selling products and services, facilitating training and motivating the service team, etc are some important job characteristics.

Applicants should be aged around 32 years and preferably be degree holders in mechanical / electrical engineering with 5 - 7 years experience or diploma holders in mechanical / electrical engineering with around 10 years experience, some of which should have been in the installation and servicing of water purification systems to commercial establishments, institutions, hospitals, food retail chains, etc. Effective planning, organizing and relationship management skills are essential personable attibutes for the post.
