Key Job responsibilities and duties
1. Responsible for all IT and Networking Administration, supports and activities.
2. Maintaining all office automation items, IT (Inclusive of all peripherals, servers etc) & Networking items inclusive of all associated software & hardware components.
3. Ensure to keep-up all the systems up to-date in accordance with our requirements and latest technologies, and maintaining effectively for reliable performance.
4. Ensure implementing IT policies and data protection & storage.
5. Any remote technical supports for the project related IT and networking.
Deliverables
1. No major failures and downtime.
2. Ensure maintaining all systems as healthy and up-to-date.
3. Ensure security as required by the company policy

Candidate Profile
Qualification - Diploma/ BCA/ MCA/ Graduate in IT/ Computer, Electronics
Experience -
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant System Administration experience in medium scale offices (with minimum 100+ systems and staffs) as lead system administrator or having project implementation experience of similar works.
Experience must include
- Server installations and maintenance.
- Managing the maintenance of printers, desktops, laptops, all office automation items inclusive of telephone, video conferencing etc
- Microsoft Exchange server or similar email domain knowledge.
- Implementing IT policies and IT/network security.
- Maintenance of data protection and retrievals.
- Dynamic website maintenance related.
- Database management, maintaining the systems with up-to-date technology.
Preference to the candidates having related in-depth knowledge on above with any special certifications like CCNA, CCNP, MSCP etc
