Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proven sales track record in financial service sector and strong organizational, time management, negotiation and communication skills required.
  • Hands-on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Engage and propose the development of new marketing propositions.
  • Achieve target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals.
  • Implementation of Sales strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage.
  • Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Manage the Market Excellence / Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and provide feedback on future trends, to support campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Retail Operations and Retail Branches team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.
  • Responsible for driving growth in business volumes through various products and services.

Requirements:
  • Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
  • Must be able to speak fluent English
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in a financial institution will be preferred.

  • Basic PC skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strict work ethics
  • Well presented
