Principal Accountabilities
Define, manage and update the overall IT structure by designing information systems to be implemented, defining essential design features and providing frameworks for developers to follow.

OPERATIONAL
Identify and plan the requirements by reviewing the related documents of the IT strategy and IT landscape, mid/long term target landscape definition and target infrastructure and IT roadmap. 
Manage and coordinate the internal and external participants and user group forums and their periodical meetings.
Manage the process of identifying the different internal and external participants and user(s) requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods.
Manage, coordinate and oversee the systems modularity and integration by standardizing and organizing information and data structures, interface and interactivity specifications, navigation rules, organization of information, and site maps, related and enhancement systems documentation. 
Oversee the process of planning information architecture and derive measures for architectural development.
Oversee the process of liaising with the application development teams to ensure application requirements are understood and translated to technical solutions.
Implement information architecture and define architecture guidelines, principles and controls. 
Validate information delivery by developing and completing usability test plans.
Validate information delivery by developing and completing usability test plans; evaluating traffic patterns; studying user feedback.
Manage Problem Management ensuring stable resolution of identified problems.
Perform any other duties within the scope of the role.
