Candidate will be responsible for servicing & maintenance of HVAC systems.
To grow service businesses through getting new service agreement, repair and retrofit jobs by constantly seeking opportunities and close customer follow-up.
Lead a technician team to achieve departmental objectives and to ensure that the team complies to EH&S requirement.
Work closely with the Service Manager in execution of service plan.
Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and contractors.
Manage sub-contractors to complete job order timely and appropriately.
Responsible for supporting customers' requests, technical, services, warranty, complaints, etc, promptly and accurately.
Participate in tenders, submit quotations, project follow up, closing sales, capture all costs, implement works & follow up on collection
