# Shall have capability to lead a multi-disciplinary Hookup team and experience in leading shutdown jobs.
Role Description / Primary Responsibilities :
# Lead discussions with client right from Pre Engineering survey for Hookup and Shutdown works.
# Over all Project Co-ordination for Brown Field Hookup Work and Green Field Hook Up Work.
# Hook Up & Modification schedule including developing micro plans with respect to project complexity.
# Lead marine spread movements including vessel / barge movements, Anchor Pattern approvals.
# Shall have experience in Strategizing, Executing offshore shutdown jobs in tight schedule
# Performing Pre-Bid Engineering, surveys to analyze for Hook Up scope of work.
# Co-Ordination with team for Modification and Hook up or detail discussion for scope of work and submission of Work Packs / Job Cards etc during Engineering, Fabrication Phase of the Project.
# Preparing RFQs, reviewing offers and Techno-Commercial Evaluation of HUC Subcontractors and Marine Spread charterers. Preferably have experience in dealing with Italian offshore subcontractors.
# Controlling & monitoring HUC Schedule, Contractual & Commercial requirements for HUC phase.
# Planning & organizing project activities during Execution phase.
# Reporting with Company Base Office & all Third Parties associated with Contract execution.
# Reviewing RFQs and offers for Offshore Modification Hook up pre-commissioning and commissioning from sub contractors.
# Interface with Engineering Contractor; undertake constructability reviews for Hook up and Modification including shutdown scope.
# Ensure project team meets requirements of the Company's Quality and safety policies, procedures.
