Experience; 2 - 5 Years
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related subject. MSCE in windows, , A+, ITIL and other relevant professional certification
- Knowledge of the operation of Internet Service Provider (ISP), LAN/WAN, ISP Protocols, Dial-up, xDSL, Cable WiFi, WiMAX VolP network.
- Good command over MS Window XP, Win7 operating system and MS Exchange. Experience in using a helpdesk management system, preferably HP Service manager. Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and healthcare guides. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
