* To oversee inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.
    * To be responsible for all of the business operations of a dining establishment.
    * To ensure that guests receive high quality service .
      * Should have relevant experience of at least 3-5 years at supervisory level.
      * Should have worked in a 5 star property. Overseas experience would be preferred.
      * Should have completed hospitality related course.
      * Should be presentable
