Role & responsibilities
Preparation of mechanical machining programs using CAM software NX , Analyzing technical drawings and models, building and proper and optimized mechanical machining strategy and preparation CAM Programs for Horizontal and Vertical Machining centers, 5 axis milling machines, and to prepare and load post processors Choosing good machining tools, preparing and checking of first machining.
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Excellent knowledge and 5 to 9 years experience in preparation of CAM programs for mechanical machining of parts.
Excellent experience of NX CAM software.
Good knowledge of tools for mechanical machining
Proficiency in mechanical tolerances and requirements for mechanical machining.
Experience in CNC controls – HEIDENHAIN, SIEMENS, FANUC, and FAGOR
Experience in preparation and loading of post-processors for the outlined CNC controls.
Ability to perform mechanical machining for first loading of programs and correction and prevention of collisions.
Good English Language speaking skills
