QC INSPECTOR

Able to read and understand specification, procedures, quality plans, related to product and Quality management system. Preferred skill set: ASNT Level-II Inspector in PT / MT / VT / RT / UT. Or Equivalent.

CNC PROGRAMMER

7 to 10years working experience as a CAD/ CAM programmer. Diploma or equivalent certificate.

Strong knowledge of Fanuc system CNC programs.

Strong knowledge in any one CAD software. (AutoCAD, Solid works, Pro-E) Strong knowledge in any one CAM software. (Mastercam, UG, Edgecam)

PHOSPHATE COATING TECHNICIAN 1

PHOSPHATE COATING TECHNICIAN 3

Previous Phosphate coating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience

Understanding of production and plant processes

Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement, Ability to follow written and oral instructions, Ability to work in a team, Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time

GRINDING MACHINE TECHNICIAN 1/2/3

2 to 12 years of Working experience in the operation of Surface grinding machines. Minimum Diploma or any Technical school Certificate. Good knowledge of all kinds of Grinding process. Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, symbols. Good knowledge of measuring equipment, such as OD Micrometer, Surface tester and height gauge.

EDM MACHINE OPERATOR

7 to 10 years of experience in the setting and operation of Wire cut and EDM machines.

Good knowledge of making Manual CNC programs for Wire cut and EDM machines.

Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, symbols.

Good knowledge of Wire cut and EDM machines trouble shooting on machining process. Basic knowledge of measuring

SAWMAN

Min 10 years of experience in the setting and operation of Manual machines. Strong knowledge of Handling Saw machines and Forklifts. Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, symbols.

Strong knowledge of measuring equipment, such as micrometer, Vernier.

SENIOR WELDER

10+ years of hands-on experience with GTAW, TIG, SAW, SMAW, GMAW, Stress and Manual Welding

Processes 3+ years of experience in a team lead or shift lead. Experience managing a team of various skilled welders and training.

Ability to interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS specification and drawings.

Ability of create jigs and fixtures, equipment/tooling modifications based on the job demands.

Experience in performing PQR qualifications based on WPS on various type of materials.

Knowledge of ASME IX specification.

• Diploma or Trade school certificate or equivalent experience in the field of welding.
