Optimisation Lead for London, UK

 About The Role: 

CloudRock is currently recruiting for an Optimisation Lead, to join our diverse and talented team. We have some of the best Workday talents in the industry and offer the opportunity to work and travel internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Workday functionality based on client requirements and maintaining the quality and maturity of our skills in the product line. Support our Workday Advisory business line with business analysis tasks. 


Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support customers that are live with Workday, with a focus on improvement and optimisation. 
  • Lead and deliver HCM, Security, Job Catalog and Reporting Optimisation review and recommends for live customers, with a view to define short term, medium- and long-term roadmaps that CloudRock can deliver on behalf of customers, followed by executing implementation and configuration as required. 
  • Leading on discovery workshops with clients to identify their value drivers, current challenges and baseline metrics 
  • Requirement gathering for initial proposals and client facing projects 
  • Articulate what data is needed for a case for change and help clients gather and validate this information 
  • Develop compelling presentations for a C-level audience to support the case for change 
  • Support customers with services, governance, system mergers best practice advise. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of CloudRock’s optimisation products and practice. 
  • Support and share knowledge with other members of the team when required, across all areas of Workday. 
  • Support with more complex customer change requests or tickets, capacity permitting. 
  • Support during pre-sales process to finalise scope and Statement of Work for the above activities. 

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Will hold a degree in a technical, business, or another relevant field of study 
  • Certified or highly experienced in two or more areas of Workday 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Business Analysis experience (tools & techniques) 
  • Strong facilitation skills, be consultative in their customer approach 
  • Have excellent oral & written communication skills 
  • Fluent English written and spoken 
  • A minimum of 5-10+ years' experience in Workday implementation projects  
  • Process design or optimization experience 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with other solutions such as Oracle, SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Service Now 
  • Experienced in managing a team 
  • PowerBI or similar MI experience
