POSITIONS:

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN / FITTER

Determining specifications for components to be created based on blueprints for mechanical systems.

Measuring and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.

Assembling fabricated components into a larger machine or system.

Complying with operations, safety, and maintenance procedures.

Understanding and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.

Operating specialized equipment such as milling and drilling machine.

DIESEL AUTOMOBILE TECHNICIAN

Diagnose and repair equipment transmissions, drive axles, differentials, hydraulic systems, brake systems, steering systems, electrical systems and lifting systems.

Makes appropriate equipment repairs or modifications to solve operating and performance problems of the equipment

Properly block, chock and chain equipment, and disassemble equipment as needed to facilitate major component removal and repair

Performing facility maintenance tasks, routine preventive maintenance, and equipment testing as assigned

Electrical systems change out ballast, light switches, and fuses

LATHE MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Should be familiar with Lathe Machine Operation

Should have the knowledge of machine drawings, fits and tolerances.

Should be familiar with Boring, drilling, reaming, threading and tapping (both CGS & SI systems)

Should have knowledge of Material.

Should have Knowledge of other machineries.

5+ years experience
