About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined individual with a strong military background to ll
the role of Company Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership,
problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Tasks:
o Manage and maintain oice systems, including ling, record-keeping, and
correspondence.
o Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Oversee oice supplies and equipment inventory.
o Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Human Resources:
o Assist with employee onboarding processes.
o Maintain employee records and documentation.
o Coordinate employee training and development programs.
o Handle employee inquiries and grievances.
• Financial Management:
o Assist with nancial tasks, such as expense reports and budgeting.
o Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Facility Management:
o Oversee oice maintenance and repairs.
o Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
o Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Ex-Army/Navy/Airforce Oicer from India
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prociency in Microsoft Oice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative or oice management roles
• Knowledge of HR and nancial procedures
• Security clearance or background check clearance
