Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on building recruitment processes from the ground up. This role requires an individual who can work independently and has a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across the Advanced Manufacturing sector, identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizations growth goals.
- Establish and manage a robust candidate pipeline, leveraging various sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide insight into the talent market.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist quality candidates.
- Oversee and improve recruitment processes, introducing best practices to optimize hiring efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 7-9 years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector.
- Age Limit: 32-33 years.
- Proven ability to operate independently and initiate recruitment processes from the ground up.
- Comprehensive understanding of the hiring lifecycle, with experience managing the full spectrum of hiring activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt to dynamic recruitment needs.
