Experience: 8 to 12 yrs. | Salary: U.S Dollars 20,000 - 25,000 P.A
Should have minimum 10 Years experience and preferably worked in Africa/ Overseas
The Role:
Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standards.
Ensure quality orientation and identify quality improvement programmes to improve the cost effectiveness of the manufacturing process for the factory.
Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory.
Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory.
Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.
Implement plant safety programs and ensure compliance with QAMS, HACCP and Good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels, employee performance evaluations, discipline, and employee commendation
Responsible for the succession planning and development of plant
Mechanical Engineering Knowledge would be a plus point especially with SIDEL/ KRONES/ SACMI bottling lines.
ISO Knowledge (22000 or 9001:2000)
Local expenses, free bachelor accommodation, water, electricity, ticket, visa, transport etc
Qualified engineer having 8 to 12 years experience from any reputed water bottling company.
