Job Role : Instrumentation Design Engineer

Locations: Seoul, South Korea

Experience: 8-14 years (Only)

Skill Set:

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Preparation of Instrument Index, I/O List, Cable Schedule & Cable Block Diagram, Hook-up drawings, level sketches, control system (DCS, ESD, FGS) engineering documents, etc.
• Preparation of Material Requisition, TBE, V/P Review, Instrument Datasheets and specifications for field instruments and control valves.
• Well versed with user & admin level knowledge on SPI (all modules), Auto CAD, Navisworks.
• Familiar with International Codes & Standards like ISA, API, IEC, BS.
• Willing for FAT/ SAT and overseas office / site deputation.

Role : Piping Layout Designer

Skill to Evaluate: Piping Layout, sp3d, Piping Design

Experience: 5 to 15 Years Overseas experience mandatory

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities;

• ITB and other specifications review and implement the requirements in deliverables.
• Daily basis model check for his/ her team progress & Coloring in P&ID.
• Take care of interface with Stress, CSA, and Mechanical & Process.
• Help LE in study of ITB document in detail and catch up the project specific salient points. Follow job instruction as issued by LE.
• Latest Vendor Print control.
• Field engineering support if required
• Locking & Unlocking control of Isometrics.
• P&ID revision control.
• Regular Clash check.
• To ensure first time right line modeling with proper supports.
• Carry out piping engineering activities.
• Interact and support with Other Departments for Detail Engineering activities.
• Revise documents and Drawings at each incremental engineering stage following QCP guidelines.
• Review / monitor the activities of Designers.
• Provides input to designers/modelers and review engineering drawings.
• Originates and checks basic discipline deliverables and documents.
• Checks and reviews vendor data/drawings as well as specifications
• Participate in vendor meetings.
• Use available design tools for efficient execution of projects deliverables.
• Interpret and verify industry standards, guidelines and codes for project deliverables.
• Initiate and optimize cost effective design.
• Perform design review of 3-D models with LE

Skills: - SP3D knowledge for Piping module, Equipment module, Drawings & Reports and Hangers & Support module
