1) Job profile for office executive

  • Learn local language
  • Follow communication with suppliers, clients, and internal outlets and sister concerns.
  • Provide reply to all mails received after concerning with the concerned department---logistic, production, marketing, accounts
  • Prepare orders and get quotes, on receipt of quotes from various supplier prepare comparison chart with technical details. With this you can decide where and whom to order
  • Always be precise and specific in communication.
  • While replying to mails always mention the heading (subject) so as to enable to consult the mails easily . use appropriate subjects with proper spelling
  • Use trailing mails while doing communication on a particular subject started instead of doing mails subject.
  • For importation principles follow as per the guidelines given separately (IMPORTATION PROCEDURES)
  • MAKE BDS/INVOICE as per the program received from warehouse in charge and hold this paper to be used in case of conflict when any mistake.

2) Job Responsibility of Medical Shop Incharge:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical shop including inventory management, customer service, and employee scheduling.
  • Assist in Physical Inventory Count.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the sale of prescription medications and other healthcare products.
  • Oversee and train staff members on proper procedures for handling and dispensing medication, as well as customer service protocols.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding products, and services offered by the medical shop.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of all transactions, including prescription orders, payments, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the medical shop to the community and attract new customers.
  • Continuously assess and improve upon the quality of services and products offered by the medical shop.
  • Cash management as per company policy.
  • Product promotion planning and focus on increase sales.
  • Monitor sales figures and adjust inventory levels as needed to maximize profitability while minimizing waste or spoilage.
  • Follow instructions from the management
  • Handle counter - entry and sortie
  • Take purchase entry of goods
  • Make cash invoices and credit invoices
  • Maintain stock - purchase order, dead stock list, maintain expiry date of products
  • Maintain cleanliness in depot
  • Put laptops in locker every evening.
  • Closing time check all area, electricity, camera, solarpanel, door, window, lock and watersuply.

General Details.

  • Check all Documents Like Visa, carte travail , Carte residence before left for Shop
  • Dealing with clients Queries and complaints
  • Ask assistance to make everyday order for next day
  • Make cash report
  • Ask shop workers like Assistant pharmacies, facturation products which not moving
  • Managing Budgets of shop
  • Ask assistance to maintain all records of shop
  • Kindly Check first with higher authorities for any expenses
  • Follow up for maintain minimum and maximum stock of shop as per market situation
  • Everyday meeting or follow up with delegue
  • Preparing promotional materials and displays
  • Find new ways to attract clients to our shop
  • Enters data such as clients name, prescribed medication and cost, to maintain pharmacy files, charge system, and inventory
  • Works effectively with colleague and departments
  • Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind
  • Overseeing assistant pharmacien, Pharmacien, cashier, preparation and other shop employees
  • Maintain Cleanness on daily basis
  • Motivate all Subordinates daily to work good
  • Do Visits at new Places with delegue to grow up sale
  • Give Monthly suggestion for any product marketing to head office
  • Ask feedback to Client
  • Before Placing any big order check stock and availability of product for our shops and then Place order
  • Follow Assistance pharmacien to Check Stock Expiry on daily basis (20 products daily)
  • Find new ways to grow up sale
  • Whenever you return from work you had carry a lot of cash so change routes and follow security information as guideline

Salary Range- 25k -35k per month plus shared accommodation, food, transportation, Medical ,Visa, Tickets etc.


3 years contract with 30dyas paid leaves after 2 years .
