Urgent Required For Engineering Company in Saudi Arabia


FOUNDRY TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER


Higher Diploma or Bachelors degree in Cast Metals Technology, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering, or related technical field.

7+ years of experience in a ferrous casting facility (5 of which should be in a technical role)

In-depth knowledge of the induction melting and founding of grey, ductile and alloyed irons as well as plain carbon, manganese and stainless steels is a must.



MELTING LEADMAN



Diploma in mechanical engineering / production engineering / metallurgical engineering.

Proven experience in melting department in a foundry (Minimum 3 - 5 years)

Strong technical knowledge of induction furnace operations, including temperature controls, feed rates, and metal quality.

Ability to interpret spectrometer readings / thermal analysis results and melting relevant applications.



FETTLER



Casting defects. Work at required rate set out for the part being fettled .

Work using the required PPE . Fettle jobs within the required time

Use fettling grinding tools in a responsible manner . Report all tool defects to supervisor/lead man



INSTALLER



Installing vertical turbine pump

Having experience in pump installation (vertical /submersible)

The ability to do the pump alignment (shaft and tube alignment after finishing the pipe installation).

Installation the discharge head and gear.



FURNACE OPERATOR



Knowledge in induction furnaces and melting department in the foundry.

Minimum 5 years of experience in same field.

Minimum 10th grade in school level (ITI holders are preferable)



WELDER CUM FABRICATOR



To manufacture fabrications to drawings and procedures allocated by the foreman.

Do both fabricators and welders.

High school education and Certified Craft apprentice ship or industrial training.

Five years in an industrial environment manufacturing similar products.

Must be able to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
