Salesperson (FRESHER)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Salesmen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and products are properly displayed.
• Handle transactions and manage billing processes.
• Learn and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid US work permit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery or willingness to learn.

Salesperson (Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assistance and guidance to customers regarding our jewellery collection.
• Drive sales through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain the store's appearance and ensure products are well-presented.
• Handle transactions, invoicing, and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid US work permit.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of various types of jewellery (gold, diamonds, etc.) is a plus.
