Hiring for a Facilities Management Company
- HVAC Technician
Candidate should have experience in Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, Chiller Units, Package Units, AHUs and FHUs.
- BMS Operators
Candidates should have experience in Operating and Control the Operation of the Building Management Systems. Should have knowledge in Programming BMS and PPM Systems for periodic testing.
- Multi Technician
Candidates should experience in Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC Systems.
- Electrical Technician
Candidates should have experience in Cable Glanding, Termination and Jointing. Candidates should have experience in Installation and Troubleshooting of Electrical Equipment's, Panel Board Wiring and Switch Gears, Generators and Substation Maintenance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates should be ready to work for a Facilities Management Company
- Candidates should be an ITI or Diploma Holder.
- Lead and Associate Lead Technicians should have a minimum of 3 8 Years of UAE or GCC Experience in Facilities Management Companies in their Professions.
- Junior Technicians should have minimum 5 Years of Experience in India in their Professionals
- Senior Technicians should have minimum 2 – 3 Years of Experience in of UAE or GCC Experience in Facilities Management Companies in their Professions.
- Candidates should be able to read and understand drawings.
- Candidates should have knowledge in Maintenance and Troubleshooting
