Purchase Manager for Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a "Purchase Manager" position for a leading Packaging company in Saudi Arabia



Role & responsibilities :


  • Proven work Experience as Purchasing Manager
  • Min. 5 years experience in purchasing activities of a mid sized manufacturing company preferably from corrugated/paper packaging industry
  • Good knowledge of Vendor Sourcing
  • Understanding of supply Chain
  • Solid analytical Skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost
  • Negotiations Skills

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Develop a purchasing strategy
  • Review and process purchase
  • Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
  • Negotiate Contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors travel to Vendor Locations
  • Ensure quality of procured items and address problems.
  • Keep up with trends in procurement
  • Maintain updated records of purchase products, delivery information, and invoices
  • Must having exposure in dealing with raw materials and machine suppliers from Europe/US/Asia
  • Should have exposure with suitable ERP packages.
  • Must be well versed with purchasing systems and procedures such as supplier audits/review/approval and aware of various payment mechanisms such as Letter of Credit.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Min. 5 years experience in purchasing activities of a mid sized manufacturing company preferably from corrugated/paper packaging industry

Qualification: BSC/BE


Salary & Benefits : 5000 SAR - 6000 SAR + bonus + family status with company car.
