Recruitment Coordinator for Saudi Arabia

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.
  • Understanding of ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team members.
  • FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MUST.
  • MUST BE FAMILIER WITH ERP SYSTEM.
  • 4-8 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
