Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.
- Understanding of ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team members.
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MUST.
- MUST BE FAMILIER WITH ERP SYSTEM.
- 4-8 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
