Minimum 4 years experience in Road Construction industry

Ensure statutory requirements are met
Assign and coordinate tasks for your team members
Attend monthly safety inspection and meetings
Manage and coordinate daily corrective actions
Work with maintenance supervisors to achieve process plant equipment efficiency and availability
Build, develops and manages mechanical team capable of carrying out needed engineering initiatives
Assist in conducting failure analysis studies and recommend alternative strategies for maintenance
Assist or liaise with Administrative Coordinator in communicating maintenance mission, vision, goals and objective to maintenance workforce

Electrical Foreman
High school diploma
Minimum 4 years experience in Road Construction industry
Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of electricians, and helpers engaged in the construction' installation, testing and commissioning. Control and supervise Sign In, Weekly toolbox, Daily toolbox and Task Obs. Participate in the more difficult work. Train and instruct subordinates on detailed procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers during installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Assign duties, examine work for accuracy, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes
- Direct and train workers to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment, and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
Skills

Concrete Foreman
High school diploma
Minimum 4 years experience in Oil & gas industry
Responsibilities
- Managing different stages of the construction projects
- Estimating the number of materials and laborers required for the project
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Assigning and overseeing the Construction Workers
- Maintaining a record of the number of hours/days taken to complete each project
- Adhering to the safety and health guidelines at all times
- Bringing any construction problems to the notice of the Construction Project Manager
- Ensuring that all activities related to concrete preparations, placement, and installation are conducted smoothly
- Identifying and correcting any construction defects
- Maintaining and updating daily work reports and work schedules
Earthwork Foreman
High school diploma
Minimum 4 years experience in Road Construction
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees Field Operations onsite and actively participates in the successful execution of various Earthworks Projects.
• Monitors performance and compliance, including schedule, cost, equipment, people, materials and HSE initiatives
• Maintains liaison with Sales, Earthworks Departmental Management and Dispatch to ensure work complies with specifications and schedule
• Takes an active role in monitoring performance
• Build partnerships and relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
