Roles:

  • Responsible for the obtaining B2 VISA, Work Permit & Work VISA for the staff.
  • Monitoring the travel plan for staff from India to Gabon Central Africa.
  • Responsible for the liaison with concern authorities in Gabon ie. Ministry of Labor, Governor & Mayor Office, NEGU, Immigration, Passport Registration., Police etc.
  • Recruitment of local staff as per manpower budget, preparing the contract agreement, Punching Card, data updating on govt. portal etc.
  • Maintain the staff attendance and process the monthly payroll of local & expat staff
  • Submission of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual returns (Income tax & Social Tax).
  • Preparing employee manual for staff and implement
  • Local material purchasing related to admin department.
  • Hiring of Bachelor Guest Houses, workers accommodation as per project requirement, Preparing the rent agreement, renewal and processing the rent on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain office administration at project site.
  • Transport arrangement for staff and workmen.
  • Maintain the master record of staff and workman
  • Full & Final settlement of workmen as per Gabon law.
  • Preparing JD & KRAs for new joiners and arrange the buddy program to understand the organization working culture.
  • Handling CSR Activities at project site for workmen and needy people those who are residing nearby our project site
  • Tie up with Hospital, School, Bank, Hotel, Travel agencies and transporters to facilitate the staff and workmen.
  • Handling site accident cases / Medical assistance to staff and workmen.
  • Security and Housekeeping management at project site and office
