Objectives
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Technical responsibilities
- Collecting the candidate data base from all online & offline sources for screening the profiles as per company requirements.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Assisting for creating of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
- Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
- Assist in interviewing and selecting employee onsite.

Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or in any stream (MBA Preferred) with Minimum 03 Years of Experience in Relevant field Core HR Recruiter with GCC Experience.
