Roles and Responsibilities
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees on the site.
- Monitoring employee performance and Monitoring employee performance and Assist in performance management processes.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
- Coordinate with project management.
- Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
Qualifications and Requirement
- Bachelors degree in human resources.
- 03 - 05 Years proven experience as HR officer or other HR position
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office package.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong ethics and reliability
