We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization within the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the full spectrum of jewelry business operations, including manufacturing, production, sales (both B2B and B2C), and market expansion. The CEO will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships to maintain and enhance our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   

• Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive the companys growth and profitability in the jewelry sector.
• Lead the development of innovative products and services to meet market demands and customer needs.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry leaders.

2. Operational Management:

• Oversee the entire manufacturing and production process to ensure high-quality and cost-effective operations.
• Implement best practices in production, supply chain management, and quality control to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

3. Sales and Marketing:

• Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans that align with the companys strategic objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

4. Financial Oversight:

• Manage the companys financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial stability and profitability.
• Lead capital allocation decisions and manage investments to maximize returns.

5. Team Leadership:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent in the industry.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Represent the company in high-level meetings with investors, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Communicate the companys vision, strategy, and performance to internal and external audiences.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with a strong background in manufacturing, production, and sales.
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or COO.
• Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C sales within the jewelry sector.
