Safety Officer

Job Description

Candidate must be able to communicate in English - Mandatory. Bachelors Degree in safety or Advanced Diploma in Safety is required. Must be certified NEBOSH - IGC L1, L2, L3 certified Minimum 4 to 6 years Petrochemical Plant Maintenance. Shall monitor & ensure compliance of field work force with the work permit system Should aware to prepare the required Documents like JSA, Risk assessment etc. Shall conduct daily site inspections, monitoring safety compliance, immediate correction of unsafe act/condition, reporting negative findings to the safety manager/engineer

Job Description

Candidate must be able to communicate in English - Mandatory. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 4 to 6 years Petrochemical Plant Maintenance. Able to troubleshoot and repair plant instrument problems "pneumatics and electronics Able to overhaul and repair of plant instruments such as control valves, controllers, transmitters, etc. Read and understand instrument loop drawings and PID's

Job Description

Candidate must be able to communicate in English - Mandatory. Minimum ITI or Diploma is required. Minimum 4 to 6 years Petrochemical Plant Maintenance. Isometric drawing knowledge mandatory. Good knowledge of piping and related specifications like schedule, rating, etc. Able to use cutting torch and welding machines for cutting & tack welding job

Repair of electric motors up to 500HP including replacement of bearings and seals, installation of motor and connection of starters and circuits Demonstrated ability to read, interpret wiring schematics, troubleshoot and repair

Ability to read drawings and instructions, to install /remove rotating equipment or parts Ability to set, align and test runs rotating equipment Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems and to request required spare parts Knowledge on various types of mechanical seals and methods of repair/replacement Candidate must be able to communicate in English - Mandatory. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
