Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update safety policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with industry standards (NEBOSH).
  
• Provide training on industrial safety, emergency preparedness, first aid, fire prevention, and evacuation procedures.
  
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend measures for prevention.
  
• Collaborate with management to develop risk assessments and control plans.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in EHS/OHSAS 18001 role or equivalent qualification (NEBOSH IGC certified preferred).
  
• Diploma in Any Specialization; NEBOSH II certification an added advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
