Our client is a leader in construction and investment of development projects in Albania and the associated region since 2001 is specialized in the field of civil and industrial construction such as: Shopping Centers, Residential Building, Social and Cultural Centers, industrial construction, and infrastructure.
The Group has a presence in 11 countries, Austria, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Switzerland, Croatia, the Netherlands, USA, and Canada.
We're looking for the following positions for one of our clients in Albania: -
1. Site Manager
A Civil Engineering Graduate with 10+ years of experience in civil and industrial construction such as: Shopping Centers, Residential Building, Social and Cultural Centers, industrial construction, and infrastructure
Responsible for the development and completion of the project and because of this goal, he must fulfill managerial, organizational, supervisory, coordinating, and decision-making responsibilities and tasks.
2. Site Engineer
BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of similar experience as above
He should implements the directives of the Site Manager and controls the works in accordance with the project, technical specifications, applicable legislation in force, safety and health conditions at work.
