Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 year Diploma / HND /or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years experience of working with mechanical maintenance in similar industrial setup preferably a power & desalination plant or large size utility or petrochemical plant. Knowledge in Pumps, valves, pipes, fans, heat exchangers, bio-fuel fired engines, Turbo chargers, Fire pumps, Jockey pumps, HVAC, RO Plant equipment would be very desirable.
Job Specific Skills:
- Good knowledge and hands on experience with Pump (including High pressure) servicing & maintenance.
- Good Experience in Valve servicing and maintenance.
- Good Knowledge and hands on experience with welding including Super Duplex and heat treatment.
- Good knowledge in reading drawings, assemblies, sectional views and troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience with maintenance of Generator auxiliaries and main engine.
- Good knowledge in alignments and vibration analysis and mitigation.
- Good knowledge about safety standards while working with pressurized and high temperature systems.
- Good knowledge about fuel and cooling water systems.
- Good knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Good knowledge and working experience with Heat exchangers.
- Good knowledge in dozing pumps and systems.
- Good knowledge in RO equipment maintenance.
Generic Skills:
- Good knowledge in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge about Health & Safety Systems
- Familiar with CMMS (computerised maintenance management systems) and working knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel, Power Point & Word.
- Good knowledge in spares specification and listing.
- Good data entry and typing speed
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 year Diploma / HND /or equivalent in electrical engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years experience of working with electrical maintenance in similar industrial setup preferably a power & desalination plant or large size utility or petrochemical plant. Knowledge in PV or BESS (Battery energy Storage System) will be added advantage. RO Plant equipment maintenance experience would also be very desirable.
Job Specific Skills:
- Good knowledge and hands on experience with MV/LV switchgear & Transformer maintenance.
- Good Experience in Inverter and VFD troubleshooting, inspection and maintenance activities.
- Good Knowledge and hands on experience with MV/LV motors maintenance.
- Good knowledge in reading single line diagrams /control circuits and troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience with maintenance of Generator excitation system and all other Generator auxiliaries.
- Good knowledge in repair of Electrical actuators
- Good knowledge about safety standards while working with High voltage systems.
- Good knowledge about cathodic Protection system.
- Good knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Good knowledge and working experience with Numeric relays preferably of Siemens & Schneider make.
- Good knowledge in GIS systems and operations.
- Good knowledge in Diesel Generator system and auxiliaries.
- Good knowledge in PLC based systems.
- Good knowledge in MV/LV cables and terminations. Knowledge in MV jointing & terminations upto 33kV will be a distinct advantage.
Generic Skills:
- Good knowledge in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge about Health & Safety Systems
- Familiar with CMMS (computerised maintenance management systems) and working knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel, Power Point & Word.

Control & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 year Diploma / HND /or equivalent in Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years experience of working with C&I maintenance in similar industrial setup preferably a power & desalination plant or large size utility or petrochemical plant. Knowledge in DCS, PLCs, CEMS, Fire detection system, Field analysers, Field instrumentation, Fieldbus, etc.
Job Specific Skills:
- Good knowledge and hands on experience with various PLCs including fault/alarm analysis and troubleshooting.
- Good Experience in DCS systems including means for quick analysis and troubleshooting.
- Good Knowledge and hands on experience with Field instruments.
- Good knowledge in reading drawings, schematics, hook-up diagrams, etc.
- Hands on experience in accessing and analysing process logic..
- Good knowledge in data and system back-ups and restoration.
- Good knowledge about safety standards while working with pressurized and high temperature systems.
- Good knowledge about RO system instrumentation and control.
- Good knowledge of trends and alarm analysis from HMI
